Shipping
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship in the United-States.
For shipping outside of the US, please contact us as we would like to make all things possible!
How long does shipping take?
US orders ship USPS First Class 3-5 business days.
Canada orders ship USPS First Class 2-3 weeks.
PRIORITY MAIL Shipping Upgrade is available during checkout for US only!
**Shipping upgrades are available for faster delivery, however production times remain the same.*
How do I track my order?
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.
Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm you the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it).
Additionally, you can track the status of your order from your "order history" section on your account page on the website.
Returns
How do I return an item?
We do accept returns in respect to the following conditions:
- The item must have been sold on our online store
- The item shouldn't have been used in any way
- The return or exchange request is made within 28 days of delivery
- The return is made within 14 days of the return or exchange request

How long does it take to process my return?
Returns are confirmed within 14 days of us receiving the package.
Once your return is accepted, the reimbursement, exchange or credit will be issued within 14 days of our services accepting your return.
Can I exchange for a different item?
We do not currently accept exchanges.

What Is the Turnaround Time For Customization?
Please allow 2-3 days for your item to be monogrammed. If you need an item sooner, please call and we will try to accommodate your needs. You may be charged a small fee for a rush delivery.
Can I Purchase Something Without Customization?
Yes.
Monogramming is included with every purchase, but if you choose to skip this step, just add the item to your cart without entering any personalization details.
What is the Correct Way to List Initials For a Monogram?
Traditionally, monograms will go in the order as followed:
(First, Last, Middle)
Can I Make Changes to My Order?
If you realize a change needs to be made once you have already placed your order, contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate any requests, but we are sometimes limited to the changes we can make.
